The hotel is superbly located, offering a great spot close to the city center with a cool ambiance. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for families. The service is top-notch with a cheerful and courteous staff willing to go the extra mile. However, the dining experience could be even more exciting with a wider variety of food.

The hotel is located in a newly developed HiTech part of the city, making it very clean and quiet, with easy access to the airport via a fast highway. The rooms were neat and clean with all required accessories in place, but there were some issues like a stinky smell and linens with a bad smell. The service was excellent, especially from the staff members Mr Indrasis and Mr Raunak, who were very friendly and helpful. The dining experience offered a solid variety of Thai dishes, with healthy options available, though the prices were a bit on the higher side.

The hotel provides spacious rooms with a variety of offerings, though the distance from the main area can be inconvenient. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and fulfilled all my requirements; however, there was a slight stink in the air.
